The "Movethebar fee" included in the organiser fee is made up of the commission which is never more than 5% of sales + Banking fees of 2.5% +VAT. This fee is essential to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless experience for both event organizers and attendees.
Our team works diligently both onsite and online to ensure that every aspect of the process runs smoothly. We manage the inventory of Carry packs, ensuring an adequate supply for each event. Additionally, we handle the sales process, including payment processing and generating collection pins for attendees.
Onsite, we verify and allocate the Carry packs to the rightful owners. Our app or hardware devices allow us to securely verify the collection pins and match them with the corresponding orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient collection process at the event venue.
The 7.5% fee covers the costs associated with managing these operations, including the maintenance and development of our online platform, the security of our encrypted database, staffing for onsite verification and allocation, and the overall logistics involved in providing a cashless and pre-order system.
